Good option for enjoying your tennis in a social environment and at the same time get to practice with your pals, loved ones, granddad or aunty! It is usually where you will start to love the game.
Provide 1:1 technical instruction where you can hone in on specific areas for development and normally see the fastest rate of improvement. Weekly lessons, a series of lessons and periodically lessons can all be beneficial. Please discuss with me to see which is most relevant to your child or you.
Court strength and conditioning
Sessions include body weight training, footwork and speed endurance exercises, with nutrition advice. Tailor-made programmes can also be made.

For players who wish to practice what they have been learning in coaching sessions / matches on a 1:1 based session.
Shared lessons in Small groups
Can be arranged as and when it suits you and your friends, these are particularly popular with small groups of adults or children who want to play together when they are available (6:1)
Weekday Fun Clubs Mini 6-9 and junior tennis 10+ CREWS
Term long courses, aim to have a player coach ratio of 12:1. Typically involving warm ups (improving players agility, balance, co-ordination and movement), technical and tactical learning, plus fun games.
These are fun, social and excellent way to make friends.
I will use the LTA framework as a guide (I have been using the Mini Scheme for the last 3 years at the Five Islands School with fantastic success in schools competitions) and I will consider a player’s ability and not just their age when selecting the most suitable CREW.
School Holiday Camps
Players can come to one or all of the sessions! They are fun sessions with a basic structure that includes warming up, ball skills, co-ordination games and fun competitions.
